In the 14th minute, Albin Holweck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Dos Soles F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Albin Holweck came free, but Rafa Nadal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Dos Soles F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Germany's Linus Schwerner was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rafa Nadal in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 15 minutes, Linus Schwerner made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Dos Soles F.C.'s Rafa Nadal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaapo Stein, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Rafa Nadal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Holweck in the 23rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Valentin Matuta tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Carnero Viergol took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Tommy Kahn to make any attempt to save it. Kaapo Steins short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Tommy Kahn to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valentin Matuta to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match Kaapo Stein shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 54th minute Valentin Matuta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentin Matuta in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. 58 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Matuta came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Ramires in the 60th minute of play. With a little luck, Dos Soles F.C.'s Rafa Nadal got control of the ball when Frank Sachs tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Matuta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dos Soles F.C.'s Rafa Nadal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Dos Soles F.C. from getting a goal against them. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
