A nice corner shot did that Mateo Palacio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Casper Claes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, Belgium's Casper Claes got control of the ball when Czeslaw Pawlak tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29th minute Zjem Cię were awarded a corner. Mateo Palacio went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Zjem Cię's corner Mateo Palacio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Casper Claes quite easily take care of the ball. Manfred Hönisch kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Napoleon Jajko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. With his leg Casper Claes managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Zjem Cię's Mateo Palacio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Zjem Cię's Mateo Palacio managed to work through Belgium's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Mateo Palacio dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

52 minutes into the match, Edward Vanderstraeten had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Napoleon Jajko. Zjem Cię's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edward Vanderstraeten was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Belgium's Sander Dermaut managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cyprian Cwojdak in the 93 minute of the game. Edward Vanderstraeten in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Napoleon Jajko, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thodoris Tikellis in the 95th minute of the match. Belgium's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
