The audience thought a goal was coming when 严文朗 got free with Arnout Reekers in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 14th match minute, 【FLY】莱比锡红牛 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patric 刘备 to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute, Natanael Sena ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnout Reekers was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 鲁谦烨 saved 【FLY】莱比锡红牛 from getting behind. Arnout Reekers was a little too slow when Natanael Sena got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 2-1. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patric 刘备 in the 30th minute of play. 鲁谦烨 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 32nd minute of play. After 33 minutes of play, 【FLY】莱比锡红牛's 乔响银 made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnout Reekers was left in no man's land by his defense there! 36 minutes into the match, 【FLY】莱比锡红牛's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but 鲁谦烨 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patric 刘备 in the 40th minute of play. 鲁谦烨 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 45th match minute, 【FLY】莱比锡红牛 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natanael Sena to maneuver through the defense. 47 minutes into the match, 严文朗 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 严文朗 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Wim Wilmes got free with 鲁谦烨 in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 70th minute, Egbert Nijveldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patric 刘备 in the 73rd minute of play. Lars Meesters kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. A hard shot 82 in the game by Gustaaf Groeneveldt from a close distance when the talented 鲁谦烨 managed to make a qualified save. 【FLY】莱比锡红牛's players were relieved. Wim Wilmes hit a great ball. Gijsbert ter Kruimer struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. 鲁谦烨 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. Netherlands's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
