A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Willy Stieler hit a great ball. When Linus Stenqvist came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Tallboda Gunners fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Linus Stenqvist couldn't finish the play. Leif Sigman kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Frank Sachs took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Frans Billström. Tallboda Gunners's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Adrian Dreifuss charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adrian Dreifuss the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 11 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss. Tallboda Gunners's Linus Stenqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 14th minute of play forced Tallboda Gunners's goalkeeper Frans Billström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Tallboda Gunners booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Holweck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Linus Stenqvist in the 20th minute of play. Tallboda Gunners's Robin Nordlund managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Linus Schwerner in the 25 minute of the game. Willy Stieler made in the 27th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Tallboda Gunners's Robin Nordlund. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. After 35 played minutes Tallboda Gunners got a freekick which was hit by Linus Stenqvist. Linus Stenqvist took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Germany's Willy Stieler got a free kick in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frank Sachs to strike the kick off in the second half. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Linus Stenqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Linus Stenqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Robin Nordlund in the 67th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Germany's Linus Schwerner. Tallboda Gunners's Pelle Billock managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Willy Stieler in the 68 minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Tomas Ekrot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tallboda Gunners's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Ekrot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Ekrot went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Frank Sachs might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Frans Billström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Sachs ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 83rd minute Tomas Ekrot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute Tallboda Gunners were awarded a corner. Peter Skytt went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Tallboda Gunners's Peter Skytt to fire away a dangerous shot which Tommy Kahn despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Ekrot came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frans Billström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tallboda Gunners's Frans Billström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 90th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tallboda Gunners had played much better football throughout.
