Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Turabi Özver started the match with the kick off. Ahmet Refik Mengüç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Metod Mlynar in the 3rd minute of play. Yusuf Atılay kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. A collision led to Slovakia getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Oliver Holub hit a great ball. After having played for 14 minutes, Bahadır Rüşti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denizli United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bahadır Rüşti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Metod Mlynar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the game, Slovakia's Metod Mlynar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ahmet Refik Mengüç made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Turabi Özver could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Henrich Slany made a huge save. Oliver Holub kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After having played for 36 minutes, Namık Kemal Taylan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denizli United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Namık Kemal Taylan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 39 played minutes, Denizli United's Ali Orhan Satıkbuğra shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Henrich Slany came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Denizli United reached it. After 45 minutes, Pavol Koleno mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Slovakia and the Denizli United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th match minute, Slovakia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavol Koleno to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Metod Mlynar made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Ali Orhan Satıkbuğra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pavol Koleno succeeded in the game's 52nd minute to get real power on a long shot . Denizli United's Ahmet Refik Mengüç hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 0-2! An unexpectedly hard shot by Namık Kemal Taylan in the 59th minute of play forced Slovakia's goalkeeper Henrich Slany to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute Namık Kemal Taylan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrich Slany saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bahadır Rüşti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Henrich Slany tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vavrinec Koleno hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the game, Denizli United's Turabi Özver nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Henrich Slany made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Turabi Özver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Denizli United's Yusuf Atılay got his second yellow card of the match in the 87th minute. The referee ordered Yusuf Atılay off the ground. Yusuf Atılay kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The long shot by Pavol Koleno in the 89th minute really tested Ahmet Refik Mengüç's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Metod Mlynars short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Ahmet Refik Mengüç to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Bahadır Rüşti fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Denizli United's protests and gave Bahadır Rüşti a yellow card for diving instead. 95 minutes into the match, Slovakia's goal looked a bit too open when Namık Kemal Taylan came free, but Henrich Slany reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Although Denizli United had been in control for most of the match, Slovakia still came away with the win.
