Joan Pastor made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Teofilo Ciceron sent off a good shot on target. In the 47th minute, Omar Fix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute, Eusebio Jurado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Basilio Tano was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Eusebio Jurado made the kick off in the second half. Mariano Caminero kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. If Romulo Truylos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute of the match, Eusebio Jurado got a very nice opportunity to score, but Basilio Tano was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Basilio Tano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yago Pastor, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Joan Pastor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Ciceron in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, C.D.Leon's goal looked a bit too open when Romulo Truylos came free, but Joan Pastor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to C.D.Leon getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Pericles Martinez hit a great ball. Eusebio Jurado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Basilio Tano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Lalla Benítez struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Basilio Tano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.D.Leon. 79 minutes into the match, C.D.Leon's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Ciceron came free, but Joan Pastor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Basilio Tano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eusebio Jurado's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Joan Pastor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Oliverio, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The supporters of C.D.Leon booed when Calchaqui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Ciceron didn't get a good kick on the ball. C.D.Leon's Joan Pastor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Truylos in the 92nd minute of play. If Romulo Truylos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Calchaqui were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of C.D.Leon for a fine match.
