Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Loris Bornemann took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ekkehard Paroth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hüsrev Uysal in the 3rd minute of play. Toralf Eichler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Halil Süngü made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Vicco Rinnerer took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Halil Süngü to make any attempt to save it. Ekkehard Paroth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hasan Hüseyin Ceylan, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hikmet Kutunalp in the 10th minute of play forced 1. FC Hüls's goalkeeper Ekkehard Paroth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Gebze FK's goal looked a bit too open when Vicco Rinnerer came free, but Halil Süngü reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Toralf Eichler came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the 1. FC Hüls fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Toralf Eichler couldn't finish the play. Ekkehard Paroth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hüsrev Uysal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 played minutes Gebze FK got a freekick which was hit by Hikmet Kutunalp. Toralf Eichler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Halil Süngü tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Loris Bornemann fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Halil Süngü, passed just outside the right post. After 26th play minutes Hüsrev Uysal shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Ekkehard Paroth and just under the crossbar into goal. Paşa Ali Er kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Gebze FK's goalkeeper Halil Süngü had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Toralf Eichler. 30 minutes into the game, Vicco Rinnerer lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Halil Süngü. 33 minutes into the match, Toralf Eichler dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Halil Süngü, 3-1. Refik Akağan scored 3-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ekkehard Paroth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 42 played minutes 1. FC Hüls got a freekick which was hit by Rüdiger Frieters. In the 43rd minute of the match Doğan Uyguner shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ekkehard Paroth showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hüsrev Uysal was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Gebze FK booed when 1. FC Hüls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicco Rinnerer didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Hikmet Kutunalp cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. Ekkehard Paroth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 1. FC Hüls's Ekkehard Paroth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save 1. FC Hüls from getting a goal against them. Halil Süngü made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toralf Eichler in the 65th minute of play. Hasan Hüseyin Ceylan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ekkehard Paroth having to interfere. Refik Akağan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-5. After a rather tough play, 1. FC Hüls's Vicco Rinnerer got a free kick in the 81st minute. 1. FC Hüls's Loris Bornemann got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Gebze FK booed when 1. FC Hüls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radim Reckle didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 90 played minutes 1. FC Hüls got a freekick which was hit by Radim Reckle. Loris Bornemann scored 4-5 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Halil Süngü, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The 1. FC Hüls supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gebze FK's performance. The match ended with a win for Gebze FK.
