A collision led to C.D.Leon getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Llanos Flores hit a great ball. After 23 played minutes, Westcliff on Sea's Valentin Lepihin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Joan Pastor came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Westcliff on Sea reached it. In the 23rd match minute, C.D.Leon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xove Gonzalez to maneuver through the defense. Joan Pastor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filipp Pereletov in the 25th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eusebio Jurado in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Irakliy Ozhogin saved Westcliff on Sea from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Eusebio Jurado put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Irakliy Ozhogin. Mariano Caminero took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Irakliy Ozhogin. Irakliy Ozhogin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Irakliy Ozhogin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebio Jurado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joan Pastor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuil Kanavskiy in the 36th minute of play. Irakliy Ozhogin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Jurado, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After 46 played minutes Westcliff on Sea got a freekick which was hit by Mikhail Krasilov. Lalla Benítez was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 47th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

A collision led to Westcliff on Sea getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Filipp Pereletov hit a great ball. In the 53rd minute, Eusebio Jurado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, C.D.Leon's goal looked a bit too open when Vitaliy Subbotin came free, but Joan Pastor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Samuil Kanavskiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute Samuil Kanavskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joan Pastor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience held their breath when Valentin Lepihin in the 69th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Joan Pastor's left hand side. Eusebio Jurado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Samuil Kanavskiy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joan Pastor was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. When Vitaliy Subbotin fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Westcliff on Sea's protests and gave Vitaliy Subbotin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 78th match minute, Westcliff on Sea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vitaliy Subbotin to maneuver through the defense. In the last second Irakliy Ozhogin throw himself and got hold of the ball when Eusebio Jurado in the 79thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The supporters of C.D.Leon booed when Westcliff on Sea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitaliy Subbotin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lalla Benítez kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched C.D.Leon eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
