If Thiago Gol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Gol in the 5th minute of play forced Fomac FK's goalkeeper Ross Barber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute Thiago Gol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ross Barber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9thth minute of the game Thiago Gol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fomac FK's Ross Barber was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thiago Gol took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ross Barber. Ross Barber dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Thiago Gol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ross Barber read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Eddie Sörman in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Petr Čech, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 21 minutes into the match, Fomac FK's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Gol came free, but Ross Barber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jordy Dirks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ross Barber came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by SCs StarS's Thiago Gol. But to his dismay, Thiago Gol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 29 minutes into the match, SCs StarS's Thiago Gol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ross Barber narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 32 minutes into the match, Fomac FK's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Gol came free, but Ross Barber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petr Čech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddie Sörman in the 34th minute of play. Thiago Gol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ross Barber read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute SCs StarS were awarded a corner. Florian Hekman went to the cornerflag to take it. Thiago Gol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thiago Gol struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Ross Barber didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SCs StarS. Ross Barber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thiago Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 罗松棋 during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some careless play in the Fomac FK defense, Thiago Gol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ross Barber. The Fomac FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ross Barber should have stopped the shot. The Fomac FK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SCs StarS were winning 0-3.
SCs StarS made a substitution. Henk Zijden replaced Edgar Reitsema. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eddie Sörman made a kick off. Ross Barber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thiago Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute Eddie Sörman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petr Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matthijs Ebbinge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ross Barber having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Thiago Gol put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Ross Barber. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddie Sörman in the 64th minute of play forced SCs StarS's goalkeeper Petr Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ross Barber stood somewhat misplaced when Thiago Gol came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 66 minute. Thiago Gols short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Ross Barber to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. SCs StarS's Matthijs Ebbinge was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ross Barber in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 77 minutes into the match, Fomac FK's goalkeeper Ross Barber had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jordy Dirks. If Wlodzimierz Kochanowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petr Čech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flóki Ólafsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute, Flóki Ólafsson made a precise shot to the right of Petr Čech. SCs StarS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. The Fomac FK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SCs StarS's performance. The match ended with a win for SCs StarS.
