Gabriel Ascaso was a little too slow when Neycho Mudrov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 1-1. Gabriel Ascaso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vinícius Junior in the 17th minute. In the 20th match minute, Spain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Rabellino to maneuver through the defense.
