The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvaro Sforza got free with Hias Nüssli in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvaro Sforza in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hias Nüssli saved Switzerland from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Alvaro Sforza put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Hias Nüssli. After 13 minutes, Alvaro Sforza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC Roma and the Switzerland players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th match minute, AC Roma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Sforza to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvaro Sforza got free with Hias Nüssli in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hias Nüssli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Sforza, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The audience was convinced that Alvaro Sforza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hias Nüssli was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Alvaro Sforza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hias Nüssli, 5-0. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alvaro Sforza made a kick off. In the 50th minute the ball was on its way in behind Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 54th minute, Alvaro Sforza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hias Nüssli was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. After having played for 56 minutes, Alvaro Sforza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Roma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvaro Sforza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57th minute Alvaro Sforza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hias Nüssli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvaro Sforza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hias Nüssli having to make a save. In the 60th minute Alvaro Sforza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hias Nüssli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvaro Sforza in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hias Nüssli saved Switzerland from getting behind. Gustav Iseli's late challenge caught a AC Roma's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustav Iseli helped the player get up and apologised. Gustav Iseli kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Hias Nüssli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Javier Della Francesca went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Alvaro Sforza struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Hias Nüssli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC Roma. Hias Nüssli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Sforza in the 72nd minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Switzerland's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Sforza came free, but Hias Nüssli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 minutes Switzerland's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alvaro Sforza who took care of the corner kick. In the 76th minute AC Roma were awarded a corner. Alvaro Sforza went to the cornerflag to take it. 79 minutes into the match, Alvaro Sforza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hias Nüssli. Switzerland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvaro Sforza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. In the 82ndth minute of the game Alvaro Sforza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Switzerland's Hias Nüssli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alvaro Sforza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hias Nüssli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Sforza, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Hias Nüssli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alvaro Sforza's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 11-0 when Alvaro Sforza sped through Switzerland's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hias Nüssli. Switzerland's Timo Siegmund managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alvaro Sforza in the 92 minute of the game. After 92 minutes of play, AC Roma's Bruno Colombo made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hias Nüssli was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alvaro Sforza might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hias Nüssli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alvaro Sforza ran back to his position shaking his head.
