Casper Claes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edward Vanderstraeten in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. Ercole Carbonaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ercole Carbonaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 35th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 36 minutes, Casper Claes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miro Ivanov in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ercole Carbonaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marin Dică in the 80th minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Miro Ivanov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Casper Claes was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. 汪昆强's late challenge caught a Belgium's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain.
