Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) After a defensive mix-up in Doffes Damer's zone, Sanda Cutov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Greid Tinsmith came out of the goal and Sanda Cutov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 10th play minute Inge Braa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Carol Stinga. 1-0. Greid Tinsmith took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sanda Cutov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute of the game Herbert Wincek made a throw-in which Pier Kopacz played forward. After a defensive mix-up in Romania's zone, Inge Braa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carol Stinga came out of the goal and Inge Braa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Greid Tinsmith showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Olaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Inge Braa might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carol Stinga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Inge Braa ran back to his position shaking his head. Carol Stinga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inge Braa in the 27th minute of play. Greid Tinsmith showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vasile Ciumak, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. A collision led to Doffes Damer getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Kaj Lund hit a great ball. In the 31st minute Sanda Cutov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Greid Tinsmith saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carol Stinga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inge Braa in the 33rd minute of the match. Vasile Ciumak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Greid Tinsmith having to make a save. 38 minutes into the match, Doffes Damer's goal looked a bit too open when Sanda Cutov came free, but Greid Tinsmith reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herbert Wincek got a throw-in 40 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Pier Kopacz. Doffes Damer's Greid Tinsmith played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sanda Cutov in the 41st minute of play. When Göran Vedholm fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Doffes Damer's protests and gave Göran Vedholm a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Romania booed when Doffes Damer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Göran Vedholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Filip Stefan in the 47th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Doffes Damer's Herbert Wincek. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adam Olaru made a kick off. After some careless play in the Doffes Damer defense, Vasile Ciumak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Greid Tinsmith. The Doffes Damer fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Greid Tinsmith should have stopped the shot. Sanda Cutov came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Greid Tinsmith could save by the left post. If Sanda Cutov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romania's Octavian Vaduva was substituted for Costica Vladimiri. Doffes Damer's Carl Nordlander was substituted for Pier Kopacz. Romania's Alexandru Pangratiu was substituted for Alex Serban. In the 75th minute Vasile Ciumak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Greid Tinsmith saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Ronaldo Cristi made a precise shot to the right of Carol Stinga. Romania's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Sanda Cutov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Greid Tinsmith made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Romania's Octavian Vaduva got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 89th minute Vasile Ciumak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Greid Tinsmith saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carol Stinga came out of the goal and Andréas Stigsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andréas Stigsson in the 94th minute of play forced Romania's goalkeeper Carol Stinga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doffes Damer were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Romania for a fine match.
