After taking down the ball on Coghlan FC's corner Ivan Ourente fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tommy Kahn quite easily take care of the ball. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Ahmet Bülent Özgur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. In the 19th minute, Germany's Sven Krakouer seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Sven Krakouer the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Germany protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sven Krakouer had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Sven Krakouer kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Benjamin Cordeal fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Cordeal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Benjamin Cordeal dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tommy Kahn, 1-0. After 34 played minutes Coghlan FC got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Maurino. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball. The corner led Coghlan FC's Jairo Bingen to fire away a dangerous shot which Tommy Kahn despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 42 played minutes Coghlan FC got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Ubarna. Coghlan FC's Benjamin Cordeal got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Benjamin Cordeal made the kick off in the second half. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bonifacio Emenon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Cordeal came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Benjamin Cordeal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Albin Holweck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Bülent Özgur having to interfere. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bonifacio Emenon, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute Albin Holweck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Bülent Özgur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Germany's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Frank Sachs in the 84th minute. 84 minutes into the game, one of Coghlan FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Frank Sachs scored 2-1 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ahmet Bülent Özgur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 91 played minutes Coghlan FC got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Emenon. 93 minutes in the game Baldomiro Maurino did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Bonifacio Emenon. Ivan Ourente's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivan Ourente helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th match minute, Coghlan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Ourente to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Bülent Özgur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Holweck, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. In the 100th minute Germany were awarded a corner. Frank Sachs went to the cornerflag to take it. Frank Sachs made a great header on Germany's corner, it was just that Coghlan FC's Ahmet Bülent Özgur managed to reach the ball for a save.
