Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without David Prada having to make a save. Malte Schiele kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, SANFINS VLP's Claudio Caniggia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudio Caniggia got free with Tommy Kahn in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Zhuang Fan Zhen put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tommy Kahn. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Albin Holweck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Albin Holweck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Prada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 43 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Viana came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Without hesitation aimed to the right of David Prada, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of SANFINS VLP booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Krakouer didn't get a good kick on the ball. SANFINS VLP's Zhuang Fan Zhen got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 65 played minutes, SANFINS VLP's Basílio Silveira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tommy Kahn came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SANFINS VLP reached it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angelo Nogueira during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to SANFINS VLP getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Angelo Nogueira hit a great ball. Claudio Caniggia took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, David Prada successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. David Prada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Holweck in the 87th minute of the match. SANFINS VLP's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
