The supporters of Italy booed when Moneyball was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cheng Wei Yan didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xuaco Oñaederra to make the kick off. Moneyball's attentive Stephen Curry managed to snatch the ball when Porziano Marchitelli made a throw-in in the 59th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zaccheo Andolina got free with Jose Mourinho in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. For all the effort they put into the match, the Italy players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Moneyball.
