Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Hungary's Antal Valentin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 3rd minute of play forced Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goalkeeper Marian Chilavert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Marian Chilavert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 7th minute of play forced Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goalkeeper Marian Chilavert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Ömür Seyfeddin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th minute, Antal Valentin made a precise shot to the right of Marian Chilavert. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The supporters of Hungary booed when Zagłębie Dąbrowskie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Scislowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marian Chilavert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balazs Lajos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner ended in Antal Valentin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Marian Chilavert did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 26th minute of play forced Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goalkeeper Marian Chilavert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 33rd minute of play forced Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goalkeeper Marian Chilavert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marian Chilavert came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Major Barna. But to his dismay, Major Barna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After having played for 41 minutes, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Major Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Karol Biskupiak sent off a good shot on target. Marian Chilavert didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roman Kon made a kick off. Otto Alberg hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Karol Biskupiak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Karol Biskupiak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marian Chilavert was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Balazs Lajos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 58 minute of play. Antal Valentin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 64th playminute. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Roman Kon sped through Hungary's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Ulryk Domeracki was substituted for Roman Kon. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie made a substitution. Wincent Polkoski replaced Otto Alberg. Marian Chilavert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 79th minute. Antal Valentin took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marian Chilavert. Marian Chilavert dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. With a little luck, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Marian Chilavert got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Hungary booed when Zagłębie Dąbrowskie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damazy Turok didn't get a good kick on the ball. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Marian Chilavert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary.
