Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Babür Mertoğlu took the kick off in the first half of the match. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Babür Mertoğlu sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Enric Patiño's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Tommy Kahn was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Delgado Meldasgoas. 21 minutes into the match, Babür Mertoğlu notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 26th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Tavera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celso Tavera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Dreifuss, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. With his leg Tommy Kahn managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Modroñes's Babür Mertoğlu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Enric Patiño tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 37th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Holweck to maneuver through the defense. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enric Patiño in the 39th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. Delgado Meldasgoas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Germany's Adrian Dreifuss got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Kryspin Zacharczyk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. In the 58th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Krakouer to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delgado Meldasgoas in the 59th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Modroñes's John Coracera got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Babür Mertoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Babür Mertoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Malte Schiele hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, Babür Mertoğlu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kryspin Zacharczyk in the 74th minute of play. The supporters of Germany booed when Modroñes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Necip Fazıl Ekin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Babür Mertoğlu came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enric Patiño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Frank Sachs fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Frank Sachs a yellow card for diving instead. Frank Sachs hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Enric Patiño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Kryspin Zacharczyk hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Enric Patiño struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Modroñes. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Modroñes fully deserved thier win.
