Casper Claes stood somewhat misplaced when Froilan Maura came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 12 minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siebe Michiels in the 18th minute of play forced Delphine Stars's goalkeeper Flavius Mantu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edward Vanderstraeten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kajetan Gondek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casper Claes having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Kajetan Gondek came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Kajetan Gondek took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Casper Claes to make any attempt to save it. 28 minutes into the game, Froilan Maura cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Casper Claes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Delphine Stars's Donald Trump got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute of the match, Froilan Maura got a very nice opportunity to score, but Casper Claes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Yves Dervaux sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 39 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Yves Dervaux. In the 42nd match minute, Belgium was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yves Dervaux to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute Froilan Maura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Froilan Maura to strike the kick off in the second half. Flavius Mantu stood somewhat misplaced when Edward Vanderstraeten came free in front of goal and shot 3-1 to the left of him in the 52 minute. 55 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavius Mantu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Maura in the 56th minute of the match. Edward Vanderstraeten in the 62ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Flavius Mantu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 65 minutes Belgium's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roger Schlagwein who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Delphine Stars's Rafa Alves getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 69th minute, Laurens Vandamme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kajetan Gondek in the 70th minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Delphine Stars's goalkeeper Flavius Mantu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Vanderstraeten. Delphine Stars's Flavius Mantu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yves Dervaux in the 77th minute of play. Belgium's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 78th minute. After taking down the ball on Belgium's corner Edward Vanderstraeten fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Flavius Mantu quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, Delphine Stars's Flavius Mantu got control of the ball when Edward Vanderstraeten tried to sneak it across the goal line. Flavius Mantu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Edward Vanderstraeten scored 3-2 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavius Mantu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edward Vanderstraeten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Edward Vanderstraeten scored 3-3 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavius Mantu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
