Andrés Casado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14thth minute of the game Felipe Barreto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aragorn's Andrés Casado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Andrés Casado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Andrés Casado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 23rd minute of play. In the 28th minute of the match, Elian Müller tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wilson Amorim saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Aragorn booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Portugal defense, Fedele Moretti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. The Portugal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Amorim should have stopped the shot. 37 minutes into the match, Ovidio Cuarto notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Portugal's Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Portugal's attentive Daniel Pimentel managed to snatch the ball when Czeslaw Tokarczyk made a throw-in in the 39th minute of the game. When Fabricio Andrade came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Portugal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabricio Andrade couldn't finish the play. Aragorn's Andrés Casado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Aragorn from getting a goal against them. Fortunato Pazienza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aragorn were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Portugal for a fine match.
