Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off and thus started the match. Gustaaf Groeneveldt took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walery Dresik. Walery Dresik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Walery Dresik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 minutes Brygada RR's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Walery Dresik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute Herbert Wojtkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herbert Wojtkiewicz in the 24th minute of play. Brygada RR's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bernard Kornaszewski in the 27th minute. Walery Dresik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafal Rudnyak in the 35th minute of play. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the match, Brygada RR's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Meesters came free, but Walery Dresik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Brygada RR getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Vlastimir Jovanović hit a great ball. Walery Dresik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 46th minute of the match. Herbert Wojtkiewicz's late challenge caught a Netherlands's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Herbert Wojtkiewicz helped the player get up and apologised. After 46 played minutes Brygada RR got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Wojtkiewicz. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Rafal Rudnyak made the kick off in the second half. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafal Rudnyak in the 53rd minute of play. Walery Dresik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 58th minute of play. Walery Dresik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 61st minute. After 64 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Bas Tuitert. In the 64th minute Bernard Kornaszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnout Reekers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafal Rudnyak's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herbert Wojtkiewicz in the 71st minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Brygada RR's Herbert Wojtkiewicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnout Reekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 79th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walery Dresik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the game, Tymoteusz Witek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brygada RR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Netherlands the free kick. After 82 played minutes Brygada RR got a freekick which was hit by Tymoteusz Witek. Lars Meesters sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Lars Meesters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Brygada RR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogumil Cieliczka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herbert Wojtkiewicz in the 89th minute of play. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after Brygada RR's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a great header on Netherlands's corner, it was just that Brygada RR's Walery Dresik managed to reach the ball for a save. Walery Dresik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Gijsbert ter Kruimer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Brygada RR's Walery Dresik did a great save.
