Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nate Drakenborg made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albin Holweck in the 5th minute of play forced Aro FC's goalkeeper Harry Higuita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isac Muntian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Isac Muntian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Isac Muntian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 26th minute, Frank Sachs left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Germany fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Nate Drakenborg came free with the goalkeeper in the 30th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tommy Kahn could save by the left post. Errikos Tsagaris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 38 played minutes Aro FC got a freekick which was hit by Lino Chago. Harry Higuita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 45th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Mats Sigman suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Adrian Dreifuss's late challenge caught a Aro FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrian Dreifuss helped the player get up and apologised. In the 54th minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nate Drakenborg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. In the 61st minute Germany were awarded a corner. Frank Sachs went to the cornerflag to take it. A well done corner resulted in Janik Vogt drilling the ball in to score 3-2 behind Aro FC's goalkeeper. In the 63rd minute, Isac Muntian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Nate Drakenborg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isac Muntian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Aro FC were the better team. Aro FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
