An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexis MacAlister in the 91st minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that La Scaloneta were the better team. La Scaloneta's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
