Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 3rd minute of play forced GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's goalkeeper Ioan Papadima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 5 minutes into the match, GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Ioan Papadima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 5th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a precise shot to the right of Ioan Papadima. GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 12th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ioan Papadima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to GoooooooooooooooooooooooL getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Petre Pășcuțoiu hit a great ball. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Ioan Papadima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Şiman came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petre Pășcuțoiu kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. When Răzvan Gugulanu fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's protests and gave Răzvan Gugulanu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Netherlands booed when GoooooooooooooooooooooooL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Răzvan Gugulanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute of the match Lars Meesters sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ioan Papadima skillfully saved the ball. Ioan Papadima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ioan Papadima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 40th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ioan Papadima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48th minute, Cristinel Patriciu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ioan Papadima breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The GoooooooooooooooooooooooL players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Netherlands were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gijsbert ter Kruimer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cristinel Patriciu was shown his second yellow card after 55 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Ioan Papadima didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 58th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. 62 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ioan Papadima made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's zone, Gustaaf Groeneveldt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ioan Papadima came out of the goal and Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ioan Papadima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 76th minute of play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Ioan Papadima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Ioan Papadima made a huge save. In the 88th minute, Răzvan Gugulanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of GoooooooooooooooooooooooL booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gijsbert ter Kruimer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Netherlands's zone, Emil Şiman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal and Emil Şiman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's Ioan Papadima got control of the ball when Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Netherlands's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
