Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Anton Sturkenboom made the kick off and thus started the match. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Bjorn Panter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 5 minutes into the match, Bierunese's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Bjorn Panter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bjorn Panter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 6th minute of play. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Anton Sturkenboom tried to sneak it across the goal line. Major Barna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bjorn Panter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 11th minute of play forced Bierunese's goalkeeper Bjorn Panter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tim Wansink hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Willem Jongsma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. Bjorn Panter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bjorn Panter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Bjorn Panter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan-Joost Aukes's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jan-Joost Aukes helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Hungary booed when Bierunese was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Joost Aukes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bjorn Panter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antal Valentin's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. After some careless play in the Bierunese defense, Major Barna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bjorn Panter. The Bierunese fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bjorn Panter should have stopped the shot. Anton Sturkenboom's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Fodor Daniel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 46th match minute, Bierunese was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tim Wansink to maneuver through the defense. Bjorn Panter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antal Valentin took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bjorn Panter. Bjorn Panter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Bierunese's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bjorn Panter came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Bierunese's Tim Wansink got a free kick in the 57th minute. Bierunese's Bjorn Panter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Bierunese from getting a goal against them. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Bjorn Panter made a huge save. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Bjorn Panter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bjorn Panter having to interfere. Takacs Tibor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Takacs Tibor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Bjorn Panter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Hungary booed when Bierunese was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gooitzen Elders didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute, Major Barna fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Jan Reitsma hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Major Barna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bjorn Panter having to make a save. Bjorn Panter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hegedus Henrik in the 84th minute. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Bjorn Panter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bierunese's Anton Sturkenboom got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Bierunese getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Tim Wansink hit a great ball. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
