The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hungary's Boros Benedek suffered a concussion in the 3rd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nemesio Opilano during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hungary made a substitution. Balogh Bela replaced Boros Benedek. The supporters of Hungary booed when Loco Cabezon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nemesio Opilano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonides Galtero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antal Valentin's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Antal Valentin scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonides Galtero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Antal Valentin took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonides Galtero. Leonides Galtero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Enrique Cristofor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Enrique Cristofor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute Esteve Perico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonides Galtero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Nemesio Opilano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteve Perico in the 26th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Loco Cabezon's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Leonides Galtero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Galtero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonides Galtero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Loco Cabezon's Enrique Cristofor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Loco Cabezon's Rodolfo Ieltxu got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Leonides Galtero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Nemesio Opilano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Fodor Daniel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 36th minute of play forced Loco Cabezon's goalkeeper Leonides Galtero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonides Galtero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Leonides Galtero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th minute of the match, Nemesio Opilano got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fodor Daniel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Loco Cabezon players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hungary were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nemesio Opilano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hegedus Henrik got free with Leonides Galtero in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Loco Cabezon defense, Hegedus Henrik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonides Galtero. The Loco Cabezon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonides Galtero should have stopped the shot. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nemesio Opilano's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nemesio Opilano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 62 played minutes Loco Cabezon got a freekick which was hit by Jose Eleder. Loco Cabezon made a substitution. Albano Alvarez replaced Nemesio Opilano. After a rather tough play, Loco Cabezon's Jose Eleder got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Esteve Perico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Loco Cabezon's Bruno Bermudez was substituted for Esteve Perico. In the 71st match minute, Loco Cabezon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustin Aurken to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Cristofor came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Albano Alvarez made a precise shot to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albano Alvarez's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albano Alvarez in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. Loco Cabezon's Enrique Cristofor got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 82 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Albano Alvarez came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Cristofor in the 86th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Loco Cabezon's Albano Alvarez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Albano Alvarez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fodor Daniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. The Loco Cabezon supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Hungary's performance. The match ended with a win for Hungary.
