Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murathan Paye in the 10th minute of the match. Ferit İncesu kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Sven Krakouer hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Murathan Paye kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Albin Holweck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İzzet Akşit having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Murathan Paye. 22 minutes into the match, İki Gözümün Çiçeği's Archie Mullen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, İki Gözümün Çiçeği's Gencal Sazak got a free kick in the 24th minute. The supporters of Germany booed when İki Gözümün Çiçeği was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Azmi Akburak didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Frank Sachs notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of İki Gözümün Çiçeği's İzzet Akşit. İzzet Akşit was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arif Burak Tekin hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, İki Gözümün Çiçeği's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but İzzet Akşit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 34 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th minute, Murathan Paye fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Tommy Kahn, passed just outside the right post. Archie Mullen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, Murathan Paye had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Murathan Paye was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Ferit İncesu hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. İki Gözümün Çiçeği's İzzet Akşit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulrich Stein in the 53rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Murathan Paye in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. 59 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that İzzet Akşit narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ferit İncesu kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. The throw-in from Ferit İncesu in the 62nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Germany's Janik Vogt. Albin Holweck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İzzet Akşit having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murathan Paye in the 64th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that İzzet Akşit narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 67 minutes of play, İki Gözümün Çiçeği's Murathan Paye made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Murathan Paye went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Murathan Paye scored 5-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 76 played minutes İki Gözümün Çiçeği got a freekick which was hit by Archie Mullen. İki Gözümün Çiçeği were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Germany's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Archie Mullen took the corner. Fahrettin Rasim was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gencal Sazak in the 85th minute of the match. When Murathan Paye came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the İki Gözümün Çiçeği fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Murathan Paye couldn't finish the play. After 88 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Malte Schiele. A collision led to İki Gözümün Çiçeği getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Ferit İncesu hit a great ball. İki Gözümün Çiçeği's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
