An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 10th minute of play forced Zola Predosa FC's goalkeeper Josué Rego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Zola Predosa FC's Oscar Delabarre got a free kick in the 16th minute. Andrea Bertolini's late challenge caught a Belgium's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Flecken came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 91 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Zola Predosa FC! Josué Rego had in the 94thth minute some difficulties stopping Edward Vanderstraeten's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 96 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Lenny Clocheret. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Belgium eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
