Basarab Irod received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Luca Iorga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doru Giurchescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Academia Rio's Gigel Tilea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandru Stolojan in the 10th minute of play. Gigel Tilea came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s Claudiu Axinte. But to his dismay, Claudiu Axinte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Marin Giubelean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Luca Iorga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- booed when Academia Rio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihai Oniga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Basarab Irod could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Luca Iorga made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Basarab Irod's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luca Iorga was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. After 34 played minutes Academia Rio got a freekick which was hit by Eric Pășcuțoiu. Chico Larabiedra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Gigel Tilea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 39 minutes FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lucian Petriceanu who took care of the corner kick. In the 41st minute, Basarab Irod got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gigel Tilea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doru Giurchescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gigel Tilea didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s Claudiu Axinte shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Basarab Irod received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Luca Iorga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Basarab Irod had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 56thth minute of the game Basarab Irod who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s Luca Iorga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Claudiu Axintes short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Gigel Tilea to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 63 minutes into the game, Basarab Irod cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Luca Iorga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 65 minutes, Basarab Irod managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Academia Rio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basarab Irod was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s Luca Iorga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basarab Irod in the 68th minute of play. After 70 minutes of play, Academia Rio's Basarab Irod made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luca Iorga was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 77th minute Sergiu Coșeriu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luca Iorga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luca Iorga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basarab Irod, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute, Basarab Irod ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luca Iorga was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- made a substitution. Anderson Arce replaced Anton Șeitan. 85 minutes into the game, Vintilă Barascu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Academia Rio the free kick. In the 85th match minute, FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vintilă Barascu to maneuver through the defense. Basarab Irod fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luca Iorga having to interfere. When Basarab Irod came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Academia Rio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Basarab Irod couldn't finish the play. 92 minutes into the match, Marin Giubelean had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luca Iorga. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marin Giubelean was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. Basarab Irod received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Luca Iorga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Academia Rio walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
