After a rather tough play, Doffes Damer's Herbert Wincek got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Mano Hume took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inge Braa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Doffes Damer getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Herbert Wincek hit a great ball. Greid Tinsmith stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severo Bermudo's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severo Bermudo in the 19th minute of play forced Doffes Damer's goalkeeper Greid Tinsmith to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 minutes of play, Utopía Muerta FC's Severo Bermudo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Greid Tinsmith was left in no man's land by his defense there! 28 minutes into the match, Utopía Muerta FC's goalkeeper Mano Hume had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Inge Braa. Doffes Damer's Greid Tinsmith played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severo Bermudo in the 32nd minute of play. Greid Tinsmith showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Bermudo in the 35th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Doffes Damer defense, Severo Bermudo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Greid Tinsmith. The Doffes Damer fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Greid Tinsmith should have stopped the shot. After the first half Utopía Muerta FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Severo Bermudo made the kick off in the second half. Mano Hume showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inge Braa, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute, Inge Braa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Utopía Muerta FC made a substitution. In the 79th minute Fermin Martinez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Greid Tinsmith saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ronaldo Cristi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mano Hume was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 3-4 when Ronaldo Cristi sped through Utopía Muerta FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mano Hume. Utopía Muerta FC's Mano Hume played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Cristi in the 90th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Utopía Muerta FC's Alp Kaya got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Mano Hume showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo Cristi in the 94th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Ronaldo Cristi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Doffes Damer fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-4. Utopía Muerta FC made a substitution. Armando Amarita replaced David Brás. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
