Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Germany's Frank Sachs started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Neco Arslanoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Holweck in the 4th minute of play. Neco Arslanoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute, Frank Sachs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Neco Arslanoğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 13 minutes into the game, Adnan Özbala lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Tommy Kahn. Neco Arslanoğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Sachs's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. The supporters of Germany booed when KARŞIYAKA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesur Canal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Neco Arslanoğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The throw-in from Cesur Canal in the 33rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Germany's Janik Vogt. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 36 minutes, Tommy Kahn successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Neco Arslanoğlu having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adnan Özbala in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adnan Özbala stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Furkan Aktan fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KARŞIYAKA's protests and gave Furkan Aktan a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to KARŞIYAKA getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Furkan Aktan hit a great ball. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th match minute, KARŞIYAKA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hank Feldman to maneuver through the defense. After 64 played minutes KARŞIYAKA got a freekick which was hit by Onur Övünç. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 65th minute of play forced KARŞIYAKA's goalkeeper Neco Arslanoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albin Holweck kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Frank Sachs might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Neco Arslanoğlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Sachs ran back to his position shaking his head. Ergin Oruz took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 83rd minute, one of KARŞIYAKA:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KARŞIYAKA. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Neco Arslanoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atabey Timurcan kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cesur Canal during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, KARŞIYAKA's Cesur Canal got a free kick in the 90th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Furkan Aktan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Furkan Aktan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
