The audience was convinced that Kyle Cox's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emilio Piarres was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. 16 minutes into the match, Kyle Cox had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emilio Piarres. Issac Dawson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Piarres having to interfere. Sevigné Musguito's Emilio Piarres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyle Cox in the 24th minute of play. Emilio Piarres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Cox in the 26th minute of play. After 31 played minutes Sevigné Musguito got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Mark. 33 minutes into the match, England's goal looked a bit too open when Alonzo Pacifico came free, but Khalid Kennedy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 34 minutes of play, England's Micah Macdonald made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emilio Piarres was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emilio Piarres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Issac Dawson in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Lia in the 43rd minute of play forced England's goalkeeper Khalid Kennedy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Kyle Cox put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Emilio Piarres. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carmelo Tximitx to strike the kick off in the second half. Sevigné Musguito's Emilio Piarres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyle Cox in the 53rd minute of play. After 78 minutes, Xavier Gallagher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the England and the Sevigné Musguito players grew even worse after the yellow card. Emilio Piarres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Cox, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, Kyle Cox notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Sevigné Musguito's Emilio Piarres. Emilio Piarres was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
