An unexpected shot in the 12th minute by Francisco Jakobe got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Switzerland's Hias Nüssli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Jakobe in the 16th minute of play. Francisco Jakobe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Hias Nüssli made a huge save. Francisco Jakobe who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Hias Nüssli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Francisco Jakobe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sten Vallman in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hias Nüssli saved Switzerland from getting behind. With a little luck, Switzerland's Hias Nüssli got control of the ball when Victor Ortle tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th match minute, Switzerland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Thomi to maneuver through the defense. Hias Nüssli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Basilio Hegoi in the 27th minute. In the 29th match minute, Switzerland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fridolin Neumeister to maneuver through the defense. After 32 played minutes NECKER49 got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Jakobe. Sten Vallman made in the 34th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Switzerland's Jacinto Maurer. Hias Nüssli was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Francisco Jakobe showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 36 minute of play. Eric Thomi hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After 41 played minutes Switzerland got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo von Känel. 42 minutes into the match, Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Jakobe. After a rather tough play, Switzerland's Jacinto Maurer got a free kick in the 44th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Jakobe made a kick off. After 55 played minutes Switzerland got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo von Känel. If Victor Ortle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Jakobe in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hias Nüssli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hias Nüssli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Vallman, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After 60 minutes, Rodrigo von Känel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Switzerland and the NECKER49 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Switzerland's Rodrigo von Känel got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute, Francisco Jakobe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NECKER49 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Hias Nüssli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sten Vallman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 67 played minutes NECKER49 got a freekick which was hit by Astor Arias. NECKER49's John Skytt was substituted for Francisco Jakobe. NECKER49 made a substitution. Isidoro Fagondo replaced Sten Vallman. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, John Skytt put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Hias Nüssli. After 74 minutes of play, NECKER49's Isidoro Fagondo made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hias Nüssli was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 80th minute of the match NECKER49 got a corner. Switzerland's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Basilio Hegoi ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hias Nüssli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidoro Fagondo's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Hias Nüssli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Skytt in the 89th minute of play. The NECKER49 fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when NECKER49's John Skytt looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hias Nüssli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidoro Fagondo's shot from short distance in the 95th minute.
