Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Cosmos 1984 NewDance's Przemyslaw Przybylo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the game, Przemyslaw Przybylo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tommy Kahn. Przemyslaw Przybylo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 6th minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Józef Wandzik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Sachs's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Malte Schiele hit a great ball. Przemyslaw Przybylo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 23rd minute of play forced Cosmos 1984 NewDance's goalkeeper Józef Wandzik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Przemyslaw Przybylo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Cosmos 1984 NewDance's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Józef Wandzik came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 32 minutes into the match, Cosmos 1984 NewDance's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Józef Wandzik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute Germany were awarded a corner. Frank Sachs went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Germany's Frank Sachs to fire away a dangerous shot which Józef Wandzik despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 42 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Willy Stieler. The supporters of Germany booed when Cosmos 1984 NewDance was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tymoteusz Rakowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Cosmos 1984 NewDance's Remigiusz Barys was substituted for Tolek Niedzwiecki. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albin Holweck was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Tymoteusz Rakowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Przemyslaw Przybylo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Cosmos 1984 NewDance fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Cosmos 1984 NewDance's Przemyslaw Przybylo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Germany's Albin Holweck managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Zbyszko Walkowski in the 82 minute of the game. 86 minutes into the match, Tymoteusz Rakowski notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Germany's Janik Vogt managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Zbyszko Walkowski in the 89 minute of the game. Tymoteusz Rakowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Germany's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
