An unexpectedly hard shot by Chiquinho Sergipano in the 20th minute of play forced E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper Dorian Koehler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Matías Recife had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's zone, Romário Seco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dorian Koehler came out of the goal and Romário Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raúl de Amaral made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Nilmar Gaspar sent off a good shot on target. Sandrinho Velloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raúl de Amaral made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sandrinho Velloso in the 36th minute. Oswaldo Dracena's late challenge caught a E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oswaldo Dracena helped the player get up and apologised. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gildo Sá during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gildo Sá kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Mestre GG's goalkeeper Raúl de Amaral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sandrinho Velloso. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chiquinho Sergipano to strike the kick off in the second half. If Nilmar Gaspar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nilmar Gaspar hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romário Seco got free with Dorian Koehler in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandrinho Velloso in the 61st minute of play forced Mestre GG's goalkeeper Raúl de Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Matías Recife quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Dorian Koehler was a little too slow when Chiquinho Sergipano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 2-1. 74 minutes into the match, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goal looked a bit too open when Fiori Campidelis came free, but Dorian Koehler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Mestre GG's goal looked a bit too open when Matías Recife came free, but Raúl de Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matías Recife in the 78th minute of play forced Mestre GG's goalkeeper Raúl de Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dorian Koehler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chiquinho Sergipano in the 80th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Nilmar Gaspar managed to get in a good position for a shot. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's supporters rose to their feet, but Nilmar Gaspar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raúl de Amaral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
