The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruninho Garcia during the 35th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gérard Piqué got free with Luizão Diniz in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 55 minutes, Rui Castro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ and the 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luizão Diniz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
