Dorian Koehler had in the 6thth minute some difficulties stopping Benedito Mineiro's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 6 minutes into the game, Benedito Mineiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Dorian Koehler was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sandrinho Velloso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedrinho Guimarães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Dorian Koehler was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Benedito Mineiro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Benedito Mineiro really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luisinho Seco in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dorian Koehler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dorian Koehler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Umberto Dionísio went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 29th minute Benedito Mineiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorian Koehler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th match minute, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matías Recife to maneuver through the defense. Dorian Koehler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Magno Pereira in the 30th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Castanheiro SC's corner Anísio Alagoano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dorian Koehler quite easily take care of the ball. In the 33rd minute, Dorian Veloso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedito Mineiro in the 39th minute of play forced E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper Dorian Koehler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Matías Recife got a free kick in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedito Mineiro in the 44th minute of play forced E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper Dorian Koehler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jairo da Silveira made a kick off. Nilmar Gaspar came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pedrinho Guimarães could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nilmar Gaspar in the 58th minute of play forced Castanheiro SC's goalkeeper Pedrinho Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the game, Michel Queiroz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Castanheiro SC the free kick. After 60 played minutes E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE got a freekick which was hit by Michel Queiroz. Anísio Alagoano, 61 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Benedito Mineiro notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Dorian Koehler. Dorian Koehler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 77 minutes into the match, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goal looked a bit too open when Benedito Mineiro came free, but Dorian Koehler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 78 played minutes Castanheiro SC got a freekick which was hit by Luisinho Seco. Castanheiro SC made a substitution. Marcelo Eger replaced Anísio Alagoano. Luisinho Seco kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th match minute, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorian Veloso to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE defense, Umberto Dionísio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dorian Koehler. The E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dorian Koehler should have stopped the shot. A collision led to E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Douglas Vieira hit a great ball. After 90 played minutes, Castanheiro SC's Benedito Mineiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dorian Koehler came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Castanheiro SC reached it. When Nilson Veloso came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Castanheiro SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nilson Veloso couldn't finish the play. After 94 played minutes E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE got a freekick which was hit by Michel Queiroz. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Dorian Koehler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Umberto Dionísio in the 95th minute of play. There was no doubt that Castanheiro SC were the better team. Castanheiro SC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
