After 6 played minutes Lisburn Distillery F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Flack. The supporters of Denmark booed when Lisburn Distillery F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jake Whiteside didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Bertram Svenningsen came free, but Garth Hayes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Garth Hayes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertram Svenningsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s Garth Hayes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertram Svenningsen in the 16th minute of play. Denmark's Chris Nygaard got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute, Mark Rider hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Nygaard to maneuver through the defense. A sloppy throw-in by Jake Whiteside in the 30th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Denmark's Lars Steen. In the 31st match minute, Lisburn Distillery F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pierce Fish to maneuver through the defense. Chris Nygaard scored 0-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Garth Hayes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Denmark booed when Lisburn Distillery F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jake Whiteside didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denmark's Theis Winther quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jake Whiteside, made in the 42nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 47th minute of play forced Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s goalkeeper Garth Hayes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chris Nygaard was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s zone, Bertram Svenningsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Garth Hayes came out of the goal and Bertram Svenningsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Jake Whiteside fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s protests and gave Jake Whiteside a yellow card for diving instead. Jake Whiteside kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. When Chris Nygaard came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Denmark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chris Nygaard couldn't finish the play. Toby Dransfield's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Keld Paulsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Chris Nygaard reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Garth Hayes. The goal made the score 0-2. 71 minutes into the match, Lisburn Distillery F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Garth Hayes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bjarne Kirkegaard charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bjarne Kirkegaard the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Lisburn Distillery F.C. booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bjarne Kirkegaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lars Steen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Garth Hayes came out of the goal and Chris Nygaard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chris Nygaard in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Garth Hayes saved Lisburn Distillery F.C. from getting behind. In the 88th minute, Glenn Abbey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chris Nygaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garth Hayes having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Denmark left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lisburn Distillery F.C..
