Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Iurie Toader made the kick off and thus started the match. Horia Crăciunescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Holweck, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 5 minutes into the match, Albin Holweck notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Inter Sibiu's Horia Crăciunescu. Horia Crăciunescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 8 minutes of play, Germany's Frank Sachs made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horia Crăciunescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Albin Holweck hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcu Mitu in the 17th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Inter Sibiu's Dragoş Cîrțu got a free kick in the 20th minute. When Albin Holweck came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albin Holweck couldn't finish the play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After 34 minutes of play, Germany's Albin Holweck made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horia Crăciunescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Adrian Dreifuss recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42nd minute, Albin Holweck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Frank Sachs took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Horia Crăciunescu to make any attempt to save it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albin Holweck during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Albin Holweck hit a great ball. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 61st minute of the match Dragoş Cîrțu completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Dragoş Cîrțu a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to FC Inter Sibiu getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Dragoş Cîrțu hit a great ball. Chris Mergenthaler kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the FC Inter Sibiu defense, Frank Sachs kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horia Crăciunescu. The FC Inter Sibiu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horia Crăciunescu should have stopped the shot. Germany's Albin Holweck got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Toader Nicolae made in the 77th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Isac Liviu however managed to control. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iurie Toader during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Iurie Toader kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Sachs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute, Germany's Albin Holweck ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Horia Crăciunescu. Horia Crăciunescu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. When the match was over Germany could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Inter Sibiu throughout the match.
