Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chelsea Headhunters's goalkeeper Matthew McKail, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 6th minute of the match Romania got a corner. Chelsea Headhunters's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adam Olaru ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karol Lampa got free with Carol Stinga in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chelsea Headhunters's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Janusz Dlugi in the 9th minute. Chelsea Headhunters's Matthew McKail played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rasvan Cristescu in the 12th minute of play. Matthew McKail took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Olaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Chelsea Headhunters's goal looked a bit too open when Costica Vladimiri came free, but Matthew McKail reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chelsea Headhunters's Matthew McKail played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costica Vladimiri in the 16th minute of play. 19 minutes in the game Cosmin Barbulescu did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Rasvan Cristescu. In the 20th minute Karol Lampa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carol Stinga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Adam Olaru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Matthew McKail was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 27 minutes into the match, Chelsea Headhunters's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Olaru came free, but Matthew McKail reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Chelsea Headhunters getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Yana Brolin hit a great ball. Janusz Dlugi hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Romania's Carol Stinga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karol Lampa in the 34th minute of play. Karol Lampa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carol Stinga having to make a save. Karol Lampa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carol Stinga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Adam Olaru managed to get in a good position for a shot. Romania's supporters rose to their feet, but Adam Olaru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matthew McKail breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Karol Lampa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Romania were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adam Olaru was the one to do the kick off. Carol Stinga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karol Lampa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matthew McKail showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costica Vladimiri, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After 59 minutes Chelsea Headhunters's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sanda Cutov who took care of the corner kick. Rasvan Cristescu made a great header on Romania's corner, it was just that Chelsea Headhunters's Matthew McKail managed to reach the ball for a save. After having played for 60 minutes, Rasvan Cristescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Romania's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rasvan Cristescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chelsea Headhunters's Joshua Cumming was substituted for Joe McGeachin. Romania's Carol Stinga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joshua Cumming in the 64th minute of play. Chelsea Headhunters's Matthew McKail played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Stinga in the 65th minute of play. Gonzalo Otsoko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carol Stinga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Janusz Dlugi made a great header on Chelsea Headhunters's corner, it was just that Romania's Carol Stinga managed to reach the ball for a save. When Gonzalo Otsoko came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Chelsea Headhunters fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gonzalo Otsoko couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Octavian Vaduva kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Matthew McKail. That made the score 0-3 in the 86 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Stinga in the 89th minute of play forced Chelsea Headhunters's goalkeeper Matthew McKail to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Matthew McKail successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 96 minutes of play, Romania's Anton Stinga made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matthew McKail was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle sounded Romania left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Chelsea Headhunters.
