Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Wu Hao Xu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Flavio Vittori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Ennegren in the 5th minute. FC Bodil United's Valeriu Hoisie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigfrido Auletta in the 10th minute of play. If Tomas Ennegren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, FC Bodil United's Sven-Edvin Kjellberg got a free kick in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, FC Bodil United's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Valeriu Hoisie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Bodil United's Wu Hao Xu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Flavio Vittori. That made the score 1-0 after 20 minutes of play. With an all-out effort, FC Bodil United's Flavio Vittori threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fredrik Kvarnström, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Italy's attentive Siricio Liotta managed to snatch the ball when Sven-Edvin Kjellberg made a throw-in in the 25th minute of the game. Valeriu Hoisie came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Italy's Zaccheo Andolina. But to his dismay, Zaccheo Andolina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After some careless play in the FC Bodil United defense, Porziano Marchitelli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valeriu Hoisie. The FC Bodil United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valeriu Hoisie should have stopped the shot. Italy's Flavio Vittori proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Italy from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Ennegren got free with Flavio Vittori in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zaccheo Andolina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Italy's Valeriu Hoisie threw himself towards the right post 51 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Siricio Liotta, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 53rd minute, Wu Hao Xu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Bodil United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Ennegren in the 60th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gianpaolo Mascari hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. FC Bodil United's Simon Gahnsby was substituted for Wu Hao Xu. A collision led to Italy getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zaccheo Andolina got free with Valeriu Hoisie in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Italy were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after FC Bodil United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sigfrido Auletta took the corner. The corner ended in Sigfrido Auletta almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Bodil United's Valeriu Hoisie did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Porziano Marchitelli got free with Valeriu Hoisie in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Simon Gahnsby blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavio Vittori having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Gahnsby in the 76th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aleksander Uggstedt made in the 78th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Simon Gahnsby immediately put the ball in play. Italy's Sansone Vanella was substituted for Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy's Adriano Curto was substituted for Zaccheo Andolina. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Gahnsby, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th minute Adriano Curto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valeriu Hoisie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Simon Gahnsby notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Italy's Flavio Vittori. Flavio Vittori was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Many of Italy's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Italy may have spent more time on the ball, but FC Bodil United were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
