Perico Raya stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Sachs's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Frank Sachs scored 0-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Perico Raya, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 24th minute, CD Boiro's Demario Cuadrado ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Kahn. Albin Holweck might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Perico Raya. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. After taking down the ball on Germany's corner Janik Vogt fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Perico Raya quite easily take care of the ball.
