An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 16th minute of play forced Cachiyuyo EAS's goalkeeper Evaristo Velasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Balazs Lajos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Balazs Lajos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Romero in the 22nd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evaristo Velasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Evaristo Velasco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antal Valentin's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cachiyuyo EAS's goalkeeper Evaristo Velasco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A hard shot 57 in the game by Antal Valentin from a close distance when the talented Evaristo Velasco managed to make a qualified save. Cachiyuyo EAS's players were relieved. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apolo Romero in the 60th minute of play. Evaristo Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 62nd minute of the match. If Apolo Romero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cachiyuyo EAS's Fabricio Rencio was substituted for Apolo Romero. Fodor Daniel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabricio Rencio went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Fabricio Rencio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 76th minute of play forced Cachiyuyo EAS's goalkeeper Evaristo Velasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led Hungary's Takacs Tibor to fire away a dangerous shot which Evaristo Velasco despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Evaristo Velasco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 83rd minute. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Evaristo Velasco made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Evaristo Velasco in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Fabricio Rencio came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Hungary defense, Fabricio Rencio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot. Hungary were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
