Büyükçekmece FC. were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Hungary's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sergio Hug took the corner. Büyükçekmece FC.'s Cihat Ecemiş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 6th minute of play. A throw-in in the 10th minute of the game was made by Szekeres Tamas with Takacs Tibor as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Cihat Ecemiş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takacs Tibor in the 12th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rahim Niğdeli got free with Fodor Daniel in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 16th minute, Büyükçekmece FC.'s Rahim Niğdeli ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Rahim Niğdeli came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Rahim Niğdeli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Fodor Daniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Rahim Niğdeli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Hungary booed when Büyükçekmece FC. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergio Hug didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rahim Niğdeli in the 33rd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Büyükçekmece FC.'s Rahim Niğdeli. But to his dismay, Rahim Niğdeli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Cihat Ecemiş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 41st minute of play. After 43 minutes, Sergio Hug mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Büyükçekmece FC. and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card.

A throw-in in the 58th minute of the game was made by Szekeres Tamas with Takacs Tibor as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 59 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Antal Valentin. Rahim Niğdeli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 60 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Rahim Niğdeli came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cihat Ecemiş made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Major Barna sent off a good shot on target. 64 minutes into the game, Asaf Eraksan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Büyükçekmece FC.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. The supporters of Hungary booed when Büyükçekmece FC. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asaf Eraksan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cihat Ecemiş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balazs Lajos in the 65th minute of play. Cihat Ecemiş made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hegedus Henrik in the 75th minute. After a rather tough play, Büyükçekmece FC.'s Burhan Tunçbay got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 78th minute, Burhan Tunçbay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the game, Hungary's Balazs Lajos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cihat Ecemiş made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Cihat Ecemiş successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Asaf Eraksan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 87 minutes had been played. Asaf Eraksan kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Büyükçekmece FC.'s Mikail Özil seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mikail Özil the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Büyükçekmece FC. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mikail Özil had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Büyükçekmece FC. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty! When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Cihat Ecemiş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Büyükçekmece FC. were victorious despite being under pressure from Hungary for much of the match.
