Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niculae Podgoreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Silviu Lung took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Belgium fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Edward Vanderstraeten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silviu Lung having to make a save. Silviu Lung made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Viper eSports's Vintilă Moiș got a free kick in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 19th minute of play forced -BZF- Viper eSports's goalkeeper Silviu Lung to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silviu Lung stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edward Vanderstraeten's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. The audience was convinced that Edward Vanderstraeten's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silviu Lung was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. A collision led to -BZF- Viper eSports getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Niculae Podgoreanu hit a great ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Niculae Podgoreanu to make the kick off. Silviu Lung made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yves Dervaux in the 55th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Dan Chirilă made a precise shot to the right of Casper Claes. Belgium's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 64 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silviu Lung narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by -BZF- Viper eSports's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edward Vanderstraeten was slow to take the kick. During this time Belgium's players had a chance to rest. Edward Vanderstraeten might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silviu Lung. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Vanderstraeten ran back to his position shaking his head. Silviu Lung made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 82nd minute. After 84 minutes of play, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silviu Lung was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Belgium players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
