An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Alegría in the 3rd minute of play forced Scorpions Aylesbury's goalkeeper Szymon Rakowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 3 minutes into the game, Hugon Sakowicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Scorpions Aylesbury's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AVAÍ F.C. the free kick. 11 minutes into the game, AVAÍ F.C.'s Walmyr Salles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Szymon Rakowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Tymoteusz Seliga hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Almir Matos took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Szymon Rakowski. Szymon Rakowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Szymon Rakowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walmyr Salles in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Dario Alegría ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Szymon Rakowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Szymon Rakowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Walmyr Salles went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edu Antunes in the 28th minute of play forced Scorpions Aylesbury's goalkeeper Szymon Rakowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Dario Alegría had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute Edu Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szymon Rakowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 played minutes AVAÍ F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Almir Matos. Szymon Rakowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edu Antunes in the 34th minute of play. After a rather tough play, AVAÍ F.C.'s Dario Alegría got a free kick in the 35th minute. The audience was convinced that Walmyr Salles's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Szymon Rakowski was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. In the 38th minute, Almir Matos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AVAÍ F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Walmyr Salles scored 0-6 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Szymon Rakowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Scorpions Aylesbury's Szymon Rakowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walmyr Salles in the 46th minute of play. Szymon Rakowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Almir Matos in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Walmyr Salles made a kick off. Dario Alegría fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Szymon Rakowski having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Wesley Pinho made a precise shot to the right of Szymon Rakowski. Scorpions Aylesbury's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. In the 59th minute, Almir Matos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AVAÍ F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. In the 62nd minute, AVAÍ F.C.'s Almir Matos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Szymon Rakowski. Szymon Rakowski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. Scorpions Aylesbury's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Walmyr Salles scored to the left of an out of position Szymon Rakowski, making the score, 0-10. After having played for 68 minutes, Dario Alegría managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AVAÍ F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Dario Alegría was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Scorpions Aylesbury's Szymon Rakowski got control of the ball when Walmyr Salles tried to sneak it across the goal line. 71 minutes into the game, Almir Matos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Szymon Rakowski. Almir Matos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11. In the 75th minute, Scorpions Aylesbury's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Walmyr Salles fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. AVAÍ F.C.'s Luizão Dantas was substituted for Dario Alegría. Szymon Rakowski came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by AVAÍ F.C.'s Walmyr Salles. But to his dismay, Walmyr Salles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-12. Walmyr Salles had several of the Scorpions Aylesbury's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 81 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-13 score and a disappointed Szymon Rakowski as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 86th minute, Walmyr Salles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Szymon Rakowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-14. Walmyr Salles received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Szymon Rakowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Walmyr Salles slotted it home off the left post making it 0-15 in the 90th minute. If Walmyr Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AVAÍ F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
