In the 2nd match minute, Kjønstad BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cato Mong to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Adria Bielsa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fred Bonk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adria Bielsa in the 20th minute of play. After 30 minutes Spain's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tolga Şakib who took care of the corner kick. Gabriel Ascaso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell Alsvik in the 31st minute of the match. Fred Bonk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adria Bielsa, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 39th minute Adria Bielsa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Bonk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
