After 45 played minutes QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Simões. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viriato Moura made a kick off. Felipe Barretos short, quick shot in the 50thth minute got Kristopher Johnson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Miroslav Klose was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bartolomeu Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Kristopher Johnson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C. had won after a very even match.
