In the 19th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Paulo Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Germany's Chris Mergenthaler got a free kick in the 21st minute. Mirel Kuli in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tommy Kahn, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mané Meirelles got a throw-in 51 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Diego Baptista. 52 minutes into the match, ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but José Paulo Romero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elano Rezende scored 2-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Stanislaw Burowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Frank Sachs hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the match, Mirel Kuli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mirel Kuli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. The supporters of Germany booed when ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elano Rezende didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albin Holweck hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ made a substitution. Luiz Paulo Dionísio replaced Diego Baptista. ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ made a substitution. Agnaldo Araújo replaced Stanislaw Burowski. In the 67th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Holweck to maneuver through the defense. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
