The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gustaf Albohm came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Antal Valentin. But to his dismay, Antal Valentin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstantin Butylin in the 38th minute of play. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Antonio Lovera sent off a good shot on target. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Hungary's corner Antal Valentin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gustaf Albohm quite easily take care of the ball. A hard shot 64 in the game by Major Barna from a close distance when the talented Gustaf Albohm managed to make a qualified save. Gladiator FC's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Balazs Lajos got free with Gustaf Albohm in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 69 minutes, Luisão Tepedino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gladiator FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luisão Tepedino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konstantin Butylin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
